I have been pretty critical of all things "Twilight"--the books, the movie, the premise behind the stories. As others have admitted themselves, I'm probably just jealous.
However, I am prepared to start liking even Bella if I continue to read more articles like this one. If Stephanie Meyer's weak writing style leads teenagers to evaluate the meaning of healthy relationships, and consider abstinence as the best way to express true love--hey, I'll join her fan club!

LOL - yes! I did find that the movie improved considerably, and, IMHO, made it easier to see a good side to Bella's desire to become a vampire - that was the first time I'd seen it that way. Other than that, it's just a fun ride, if you're familiar with the story but don't consider it a sacred text, LOL.
